What kind of results can I expect from your list?
Provided that you have good products, reasonable pricing, quality service, and an attractive mailing piece, you will increase your chances of success. It's not realistic to think that by using our information you will be an "overnight sensation", but if you use it correctly, you will more than likely increase your sales and ultimately your profits.

Is there really a 1% response rate?
This is simply a direct marketing myth. The myth claims you should get at least a 1% response or your campaign and/or your list is bad. Response alone does not tell you whether a mailing list was successful. What really matters is whether or not you made money.

What if I have to cancel my order?
If you must cancel your order, please let us know as soon as possible. There is a 50% cancellation charge for all orders. If you need us to rerun an order that you downloaded from the website, we can do so for 10 days from the date your order was placed.

How accurate is your business list?
While we consider our database to be one of the most precise list sources available, no list can be 100% accurate due to the constant and ongoing changes in the business world. We constantly update our information. While we consider our information to be the most accurate available, there may be a small percentage of errors or companies that have gone out of business. Having somewhere between 5-10% undeliverable names is not unusual, particularly in industries with high levels of turnover.

How is your business database compiled?
All the sources from which we compile data are updated at least once or twice per year. We also make 10,000+ telephone calls each year to confirm the accuracy of the information. 

What should I expect from your business lists?
Our records are updated constantly from new directories, and are also verified by telephone. Even though our list is one of the best available, it is not flawless. It is not uncommon to have 5-10% undeliverable names, especially in industries with high levels of turnover.
